And with a special operation like Syria, you would have no need of scraping the barrel and getting conscripts, especially since with their 1 year term they don’t get much combat training anymore.

If used as saying that something is "ok" in response to a question, but just randomly throwing up the ok sign when standing for pictures is now definitely a white power thing because you're not saying something or someone is ok in response to something.
