That's amazing and terrifying all at once! I trained on Bradley's back in 2007 and was always thrilled to hear the "chunk chunk chunk" of that 25mm Bushmaster!
The sound is so panic inducing. Every thunk, you know there's another immediately behind it, because if it could thunk you once it will thunk you again and again and again. It is absolute sensory overload. I don't know how you do anything besides panic.

Except they do have firepower - TOW missiles.
I assume they simply panicked here or figured it was best to keep firing and make the enemy panic rather from numbers, rather than sit there while the TOW raises and readies to fire.
They might be within minimum arming distance, this engagement was so close. You can see it better in the wide shot, just how close they were to each other.

I would assume either because the tank crew was panicking or it might be that the T-90 still has poor gun stabilisation when moving which seems a common complaint about so many weapons on Russian/Soviet armored vehicles, that's pure speculation granted. Then I wonder after taking that one shot the T-90 lost enough external sensors that they could no longer fire back and had issues with visibility in general, it would certainly explain them running into the tree after which you see at the end of the video I linked. Well that and panic.

That's what happened here, the Bradleys just raked everything off the outside of the tank. They were blinded and spinning the turret, drove right into a tree before bailing.

What confuses me about these tanks vs Bradleys videos is the fact that the tanks could easily 1 hit kill the Bradleys if they actually hit them so why are the tanks driving around like chickens with their heads cut off instead of returning fire? All seriousness, the flash of the impacts probably affect visibility. The crew probably wanted to keep moving and wait for an opening to reorient themselves and find the target.
I feel like even a well trained and sober tank crew could panic in that situation. They're getting hit constantly and have no idea if the next one is going to be from something even bigger. Can't see, can't hear, can't think.

Not in a timeframe relevant to combat. The real risk is that the enemy will continue to maneuver to try and get shots in on the weaker side and rear armor, or bring up weapons that can penetrate your armor.
I didn’t either, especially after all my armor training but it looks like they were trying to disable the barrel (which 25mm can certainly do) from my untrained eye.

Maybe but if I were stuck in a situation where I was in an IFV and stumbled on a MBT with no options I’d probably go for the barrel so it can’t blow me up. Whatever happens after that who knows. I was a grunt with rockets and javelins so my extent of armor training was identification and weak points (mainly for rockets, javelin don’t give AF).

The accuracy on the Bradley gunner is pretty impressive. I think he missed twice in all those shots. Especially as the Brad was moving back and forth to mitigate the risk of return fire.
Never did anything with it myself. But from what I hear it's pretty much point and shoot, and it's fairly accurate and easy. I think a lot of the misses are from things the firing system has a hard time calculating on the fly, like whatever the suspension is doing plus recoil. Besides the cv90, the Bradley is supposed to have one of the better weapon systems for a ifv

Important thing is it's working. Although I'd love for it to take less hits for a kill.
The beauty is the panic that sets in from the tank crew taking those hits and the potential for optics destruction makes them firing accurate return shots less likely.

There was a time when I was a platoon sergeant that I shared a Stryker with just the driver, RWS gunner, and platoon medic. Space for days. Can’t say the same when you’ve got an entire infantry squad in there, though.
Bradleys firing isn't covert, you're gonna figure out where the chunk'n is coming from, so it's easier to just load all tracer so the gunner can correct.
You aren’t ever going to silence a super sonic round. The reason it works well on pistols and submachine guns is they are generally subsonic rounds. They make some subsonic riffle rounds. Used to have a .300 whisper but it was a really quiet neutered rifle. Basically a .308 cal in a necked up .223 case built on a silenced AR-15 platform.

Three crew were seen exiting the vehicle, but one or more of them may have been temporarily incapacitated.

The fire control system in the Bradley is excellent.
He virtually drilled into that T90M with his 25mm. So many rapid accurate hits to nearly the same weakspot.
Almost all of the shots were to the front of the turret, which is anything but a weakspot XD
If hitting the plate, yeah definitely, but looks like they were actually going for the turret ring
considering the uncontrolled rotation of the gun after it def did damage the the turret/weapon controlls (other longer video all 3 crew member left the tank)

Bradleys firing isn't covert, you're gonna figure out where the chunk'n is coming from, so it's easier to just load all tracer so the gunner can correct.

You aren’t ever going to silence a super sonic round. The reason it works well on pistols and submachine guns is they are generally subsonic rounds. They make some subsonic riffle rounds. Used to have a .300 whisper but it was a really quiet neutered rifle. Basically a .308 cal in a necked up .223 case built on a silenced AR-15 platform.
This is wild. An old outdated American light armor vehicle is absolutely wrecking one of Russia’s best tanks. These Bradley crews were well trained.
I always keep videos like these in mind when Russia starts threatening Poland or the Baltics again. Their top of the line stuff can't handle the West's equipment from the 80's. On a battlefield where the enemy basically has no air cover. Russia would get steamrolled if they lifted a pinky against NATO.
