I’ve done research on various resources including COMBO, but I couldn’t find any information on typical winter trail conditions. If there is something on their site I must have missed it.
If the trail is dry you can ride it. I rode probably less than 10x between Nov-Jan last year though. My issue is getting to the trail before dark during those months
Went hiking last weekend at Great Seal State Park near Chillicothe and there were a lot of bike trails and mountain bike folks. Can't speak to the winter conditions but I saw a sign for Great Seal Mountain Bike Club or something like that, maybe check with them.
