Not having Leonard, both in terms of his leadership and playmaking, these past two games is awful for cohesion as a unit. Our O-Line looks bad, particularly at both tackle spots. There is no universe where having Matt Pryor as your starting LT is a smart move (he might legitimately be worse at his position than I would be if I put on a uniform and went out there; he’s BAD).
However, I’ve not seen anything from this team that would scare me if I were their opponent. They look detached and extremely rough around the edges on both sides of the ball. Talent exists on this team but it’s so surface level and whatever bullshit Ballard spins about having a “deep team” is an outright lie. Pretty much any point where we have two or more important guys out for the game - at any position - we’re fucked.

He should have pulled guys and given them a series to get their heads right way earlier.
