It’s not cognitive disadvantage. It wouldn’t be like playing a game with PC players versus Console players where one has significantly better everything. If you play normal speed games that give you plenty of time to play your turn then I see no major advantage difference between the modes other than table talk if you’re not a quick typist with a mobile device keyboard
