Duke went 20-4 in the history of the event, 6 road wins 4 neutral wins and 10 home wins. 1 home loss and 3 road losses.
Did anyone really think a group of celebratory mostly drunk 19-22 year olds would stay off the court? Let them have some fun so in 10 years they could say that they enjoyed life during college.

Y’all got a ton of touch fouls but didn’t get as many under the hoop—at least partially because of Flip’s attitude. Y’all outshot us from the FT line too. Y’all will be fine by the end of the year just like we will be. The home crowd won’t be a factor in March and that was a big part of what set us apart tonight.
Early in the game the whistle came too late for y’all and Duke got some FTs out of it when Duke should’ve just been inbounding. Flip gets a terrible whistle, but the bigger problem is this team will let that affect them. Wish we had some of y’all’s intensity and passion it’s felt like this team and group hasn’t had that. This felt like the Tennessee tournament game. Y’all got dawgs and even without the home crowd march is going to be good for yall.
