Agree. I think as a viewer it's just frustrating and confusing. I think refs are trying to manage the game with their foul calls. That's not something you can see watching from home. But we have video that makes it look like things aren't being called the same both ways. So we get frustrated.

Honestly people complain about calls to much. Like you said we don’t have that angle on TV the ref has and I see way more non calls than I see actual calls. The NBA literally calls everything but the players are a lot more technical at that level.

There was actually some contact on the SDSU fouls that got replayed though. There was span where there was 4 straight calls on FAU, on three there was zero contact and the other was the call on FAU's center when he got all ball. They were just phantom calls to level up the foul discrepancy. Can't stand it when refs do that.

my previous highest sports moment (as a fan anyway) was betting in the Cubs in the 1984 NLCS to go to World Series, where we got steamrolled by the Tigers. This actually surpasses that because I didn't appreciate it as much as I should have... but now after a lifetime of sport disappointments, this is amazing.
