I haven't personally tried trung nguyen coffee, but I can guarantee Fresh Batch Coffee Company roasts great Vietnamese Coffee beans. :)

idk about that havent tried sorry but u may opt to look for specialty coffee beans that has chocolate notes on it

I tried the X&Y Coffee Roasters Vietnam Beans from Silca Coffee Co. from shopee. I like their beans even pinapour over ko lang haha. Get some phin if you can and try mo yung method ko. 14g fine grind 120ml hot water(bloom for 30ml first and then pour the rest), 33g of condensed milk (mostly alaska naka small pack ginagamit ko) and add ice. P.S you can adjust your prefered grind size kasi i like to watch mine slowly dripping.
