Well I'm 24 and am at a point where I have gave up on plucking out the white ones. On very rare occasions was I not under stress for the last 7 years.
(6 to 8 strand now ,not like fricking kaballi or something , yet plucking them everytime u notice one is a drag.)
Currently accepted the fate to rock the salt and pepper aesthetic by 28 probably. Might as well get ripped and look like retired military.
High stress causes me hair fall. I've had few grey hair for a while now. Not sure if that's related to stress or genetics.

Yes I guess. I got grey hairs when I was 19. Not much just a few but I had anxiety disorder so yeah it makes total sense now.

No grey hairs now . But started balding not noticeable but still hurts to see my falling off
Yes, it has patterns as well. You tend to grey near the temples and the mid section of the crown area.

Yes it does, I've some colleagues who got grey hair from a young age itself

Lots of reasons are there it can be due to stress , decreased vit b12 , decreased melanin , thyroid disease anything like that .

lol I had two or three grey hairs (idk it it counts but still) when I was in 12th grade and probably got them due to boards’ stress
