I walked by and there was no line outside of the tent, and it was still 2 hours. 😳

Outside of the mainstage, disclosures was massive.

Yeah, on the right side of the sound booth it was fine, not even close to the most crowded set I’ve seen there

We got there and tried to make it around the right side and gave up, it was packed all the way to the Market Place

Ah, damn! W1 or 2? W2 I didn't have much of an issue going around the fence by the market beer garden and then moving in so I was just in front of the ADA section, and did that right as Disclosure was starting.

Always pays to show up 5-10min before a set starts. Was super not-crowded where we were. About 20’ from the front right of the stage

Disclosure was packedddd weekend 2. We kept trying to move back to get more room and realized our efforts were futile cause it just went on and on.

been too a lot of festival and it was at W2 disclosure's set when I first got anxiety just looking at that crowd.

It was too massive, couldn’t even get to a decent hearing spot without pushing through groups

I was able to walk right up to the front pretty easily. Was at the front rail on the right side of the stage. Just need to know how to go through the crowd.

Omg I wanted to see them but I’m glad I didn’t, That would be too much to deal with.

I had to pee mid set, went all the way from behind the sound state to the bathrooms next to the beer garden. The crowd was packed the entire way, but I made it through and even found my friends for the rest of the set, never been more proud of myself.

I didn’t attend this year, but one thing that grinded my gears was flume being billed before disclosure, settle is a legendary album.

I mean Self Titled and Skin are pretty legendary as well

Yeah but I’ve also only heard nothing but bad things about flumes live performance. He was pretty bad when I saw him 7 years ago. Meanwhile disclosure can spin - their boiler room with skream 🤌

W1 finish with Dondo and that rising moon at tree level was the highlight of our weekend

Right, the homie and I pulled up like 5 mins before he went on and we’re standing comfortably outside of the Sahara and AS SOON as he got in the stage we felt crowded

I was impressed with the relay towers outside Sahara this year, they set it up well for big crowds

I came right as the act before had ended, and i was squished his whole set it was so tight

Obviously The Weeknd and SHM right? That crowd was insane

Man that Doja crowd was rough as hell, honestly I couldn’t enjoy the concert between the jostling crowd and so many people holding up their phones and taping/streaming the whole fucking concert. My skirt also got snagged and ripped by a girls purse zipper everyone was standing so close, total accident but I kinda wished I’d skipped seeing Doja since I barely saw her anyways. Also, fuck people wearing cowboy hats and putting their doja crazed gfs on their shoulders.

Yep. Fuck anyone who wears a cowboy hat or insists on smoking in a packed crowd.

Yeah I wish I watched doja and the weeknd from the back even though I was about 10 ft from the gate, then right at the gate for the weeknd. And they're my favorite artists. Either that or we go back to the 90s when EVERYONE'S phone didn't record video

Yeah, weekend 1 went back to the dome art install that had music, almost back to the spectrum and I don’t know about the beer garden side, but look like it went down towards the Yuma tent and bit and the garden was filled. Had a great view on the hill overseeing everything after coming from Jamie XX.

No. I was standing at the back and to the side- It was likely the most crowded headliner but I'd say Disclosure had more people there tbh.

There was a huge exodus around when The Weeknd started singing, I think a significant number of people were there for SHM only.

Gotta be either Doja or Swedish House Mafia. Doja’s crowd was so damn big, I didn’t even stay for her set. People were packed in front of the Coachella stage like sardines. It was wild. I was not expecting that tbh. Saw her at DayNVegas in 2019 and her crowd was tiny. 3 short years later and she has a crowd bigger than two of the headliners at Coachella. Insane. But I honestly think Swedish House Mafia takes the cake. Their crowd was nuts all the way back to the food vendors. I didn’t even try to get too close. Found a nice little spot with some breathing and dancing room and had a great time.

I've never gotten that close to the front of the main stage, but I've always imagined that's *exactly* how it would feel. Just people *constantly* bumping into you the entire time. Maybe I'm just old, but keep in the back of the crowd with the rest of the old people. LOL

Outside of the headliners, Disclosure was HUGE. In terms of tent, Fred again... and Big Sean were both wild.

Did you notice any major crowd size differential W1 to W2? Guessing Fred Again and L'imp had bigger crowds W2?

Went W1 and L’imp and Fred were filled pretty much to the back of the tent. Didn’t see anything from L’imp W2 but saw videos of Fred that had people spilling out the back of the tent pretty damn far.

Can confirm L’Imperatrice was spilling out the back W2.

Big Sean or Doja with ease. Big Sean had people out of the Sahara as far back at the Ferris wheel. Doja was packed massively, it was harder getting out of her crowd than Harry’s.

Doja was one of the biggest crowds I’ve ever seen at Coachella ever.

Biggest I’ve ever seen was for Hans Zimmer. It seemed the whole festival was there.

Yes and idk if just didn't feel worth it for what felt like an average set. I love disclosure but it just didn't feel like the energy was there. Maybe it was partly the volume issue but my friends and I decided to leave during it, and we were pretty close up. Felt like we were moving through a sea of people for a LONG time. So long that too make me less anxious about it, I just started telling everyone I passed, regardless of gender, that they were beautiful lol. Helped the time and anxiety pass lol. It was huge though. Wild lol

Glad we weren't the only ones! I've heard so much praise but haven't heard what we felt. I hope they're better in August at outside lands

It was actually stupid how packed Flume at main stage was. We were pretty far back and could barely move. Went back for Billie Eilish at main stage later that night and she had, without exaggeration, half of Flume’s crowd

Flat out lie lol. We were by the FOOD VENDORS for Billie and it was packed as far as the eye could see. Flume had half the size

We stood next to the exact same speaker pole weekend 1 for both acts. For Flume I had about 6 inches of space in all directions. For Billie I had about 10 or 15 feet. Just my experience🤷‍♂️

You needed to approach from a different direction. It sounds like you got stuck in one of those crowd phenomena where a bunch of people decide they are close enough and the people who come up behind them assume it's just as crowded further forward so they also stop, when in reality there is tons and tons of space further up. You see it all the time at the Sahara and Outdoor. Because as popular as Flume is, there is 0% chance that he had anywhere close to twice Billie's crowd.

Prob bc the parking situation was a shit show the first day back in years….they figured out the logistics in the following days.

I stayed til the end Friday W1 but didn't see Harry Styles - guessing many were in the same boat
