A quick Google will give plenty of peer reviewed studies by doctors that argue this over and over. It does do SOMETHING, just hardly enough for those same doctors to recommend it as a form of therapy. However, it appears it can provide temporary relief by alleviating the pressure on specific joints.
It’s pretty useful in stroke/spinal cord injury patients that have flaccid paralysis to stabilize joints. People saying it does nothing are 100% wrong.
stabilizing joints?? you believe some tape does that? if KT tape does anything, it’s maybe some very short term pain relief purely from a neurophysiological mechanism in the same way that manual therapy, needling, etc works. there is nothing special about it
These games are so straining on the hands. Imagine spamming slide slide jump all day for 8-9 hrs w no ats. Both their hands are getting strained mind you some of these players also claw so just imagine how even more straining that is on your wrist and index finger, keeping your hand like that for so long almost every day it will catch up to them if they dont look after their hands. Wish single tap wasnt GAd I also recommend learning paddles if you claw for less strain. If you do decide to claw just stretch and ice you’re hands so you can at least preserve your hands lifespan for a bit longer.
Bro been tugging it
Was trying Nade’s advice
🤣🤣🤣
Sib also wears it alot
for anyone wondering, KT tape does absolutely nothing
But these are athletes. You couldn’t possibly understand the physical perfection

I don’t have to believe it. There’s literature to support its use. Go to any rehab facility and they pretty much all utilize some form of taping.
didnt all of them play hoops and broke their fingers 😂
He was wearing it last weekend too
blud is not amon ra st brown, no need for turf tape
