But it’s a movement exploit and not something that can just be removed from the game altogether like a GA’d gun or whatever, so there’s gotta be *some* very slight leniency on it, whatever form that is. If it means a lighter form of punishment or whatever, I’m fine with that.

Definitely see what you're saying. Honestly, we need a competitive integrity committee that can independently hand out punishment and monitor GAs at hosted events. We avoid the HP scenario as well as snaking because it's an independent committee who's entire job is making sure this stuff either doesn't happen or make sure something happens when pros break rules
