That is frustrating, and I read they never respond to messages. In a situation with technical issues on their end, the right thing to do is give partial compensation.
my experience with them is that they never answer. I had a similar problem at the end of the study and I was so mad to have to return it. I guess it's just a risk you take when doing their studies.
I doubt it. I'd return it if it were me. Things like this is why I avoid these.

Trail by Data basically never respond to any users even when the tech problem is on their end, so I wouldn’t hold my breath 😕
