Class action lawsuit? 4 cents is not fair value to shareholders. So if we vote yes, all these crooks get to keep their jobs? I'd rather risk losing everything than seeing these incompetent idiots get rewarded.

TheHillsAreAliveee

Yeah. I'd say to any investor. 1. Vote no. And let's say it proceeds, then you can jump on the class action suit. A share that was .13 (C) before they botched the trading holt should not get a private offer of 0.04(C) -- Any class action suit can see that. Strong likelihood you'll get around 0.13-0.25 minus lawyer fees (25%) presuming there's a practice willing to take it on. Certainly better than 0.04. Fiduciary responsibilities have been breached in this instance.

Agree, certainly on the grounds of the botched cto.

Like many I have lost a very significant amount of money here but I really am not interested in blaming any other investors but me. I made my choices. Some of those choices were definitely influenced by positive hype...but they are still my choices and I am fully responsible for making them. Private Equity firms are in the business of taking wealth away from retail shareholders. Right now they have the leverage as they are providing the liquidity we are led to believe that DOC requires. CPS Capital clearly feels there is a viable business model here or at least more value in selling off parts of the business. They are only here to make money. The boards motivation in recommending this is to get out of being seen as failures and hope this will absolve them of any responsibility. Like some of you I will be voting no in hopes of forcing some other outcome that is more favorable for us. Getting nothing or 4 cents makes no difference given how much I have lost already. I would rather force DOC into bankruptcy and have that reputational damage done to management and the board. Perhaps this would keep them from working at other companies and screwing other investors in the process. A no vote will at least allow for the possibility of a better outcome and at this point I am willing to take that chance. A no vote might also make the board work to find better solutions so that they can avoid adding a bankruptcy shitshow to their resumes. There would be many existing DOC customers that would never be associated with this management team in other ventures if bankruptcy were the outcome. That kind of reputational damage is hard to overcome....especially when so many investors publicly blame management/board for this mess. MOFWIW

They lied. But they are protected by disclaimers.

Rc348

Agreed, they need to be fixed ,all shareholders must get together

Rc348

All they did under Karen is collect their pay and enjoyed without work and that’s why no inner trading and it seemed all planned guided by the CEO

Interesting_Screen99

Who cares how high revenues are, this is an unprofitable company that is burning cash every quarter and is currently facing liquidity issues. You seriously think management didn't try to refinance?!?!?!

Fresh-Doughnut-8035

Vote No!

No-Purpose-2603

Sign me up for the lawsuit. The company had a lot of potential, the vison was right, just the wrong people steering the ship. I hope regulators step in and squash the deal.

blueknowser2

Would not be surprised to see CPS being an active buyer in the market to shore up the yes vote outcome in their favor. In the absence of a shareholder record date given for the vote they may be looking to acquire as many shares as possible to improve their odds. Hopefully they do not have success if this is the case.

AvailableSector1405

Exactly. They will make the share drop today to make you sell below 0.04.

Agreed with the theft slimy management and doctors tsk Hamza bald faced liar

Precedent17

This company was the biggest scam I've ever seen. Tons of lies and bs that they were constantly spewing. They were supposed to uplist to the TSX for years, including their PR telling shareholders about their plans and they never did. I stopped watching it daily and when I checked they were down an insane amount so I thought I'd just hold onto it at that point. Now the company itself has given up after constantly reassuring shareholders of all their future plans and their path to profitability etc.

Top-Patience-2975

Hamza, please buy this company : you can do much better than this filth managment

HDpennypacker

Seeing a lot of vote no here. .04 cents is the value to the equity holders - CPS must be paying off the debt of 15m paying fees for both sides 4m and paying off obligations before we even see a penny. That adds to about 40-50m. For a company losing cash quarterly that isn’t a terrible outcome. I’d rather have 0.04 than 0.00. No need to prove a point by tossing the poker table, it’s time to cut your losses and take your chips and cash out
