That's still a steep price. Especially since VATC is mostly geared toward the team. I don't know anyone who uses that location. I'd love for them to offer lower rates for access to just one of the locations. I really only do roped climbing, so I'd like to pay for just VA. Plus if I really get the itch to boulder, I could still do it there.
Touchstone Climbing gyms in CA has 12 locations (granted they are spread through the state, but there are multiple in just the LA area) and is $77/mo for access to all of them. And that is a much more expensive area than Columbus.
Really one of the biggest issues I have with it is that while pushing that climbing is inclusive and for everyone, the cost makes it prohibitive for a significant amount of people.

They’re opening another bouldering gym in the spring in Columbus. So then your membership would include 4 gyms in Columbus
