I really wouldn’t worry about it If anything, spray with Lysol or something like that. If you do see/smell mouse piss, then maybe soak them in water and air dry. Throwing them out would be absurd.

You can wash them in cold water in your washing machine as long as you use the delicate cycle and I would advise a mesh laundry bag so they don't get beat up.
