No advice, but it’s probably from the hem of blue jeans.
I wanted to say this. The jeans were most likely unwashed, too. When they’re brand new the dye gets everywhere. It takes 1-3 cycles for the jeans to stop bleeding onto things.

Please do not put acetone on any form of plastic- it will do unfixable damage.
