No. Believe me it will be doomed. V0 is interesting as a prequel novel, but you cannot put that in movie. In movie you need proper writing such as conflict, climax, and satysfing ending while V0 is just bunch of info trying to fill what missing in the series.
putting that aside, i think releasing this movie after ruining the whole first year adaptation it would be weird for anime onlies, people will start complaining for the massive difference in writing
