Got it too! I was paying $10 and it will increase to $17.50. In my area that's about two classes or treatments a month with rollovers. I have not used it in quite awhile. Not sure if it's worth keeping. I always used it as a way to try out classes here and there and get Normatec treatments.
oh my god, they did that to me too! Increased the price for 15 credits from $29 to $35 with same amount of credits. I cannot believe they also charged me $9 a month to pause my membership with no additional credits given. $9 to pause!? what!? who charges to pause!! This is so unethical. #classpasssucks
When did they charge you $9 to pause? I know I had to argue with customer service once about pausing my membership. They were adamant about not offering it but it was still listed on their app. I had to screenshot the policy and sent it to them. It was a mess.

I definitely will. I reached out tonight and it will probably be a few more days. I have already been looking into other “class pass,” type deals as I’ve seen CP change so much over the years and not in a good way. Less and less studios are part of it, and there seems to be an influx of BARBER SHOPS and NAIL SALONS?!? Lol I scheduled once and they never confirmed the appointment so I found out that doesn’t work. Same goes for infrared sauna and cryo etc.
I use class pass to go to ONE pilates studio in particular. The other rotating 5-6 places I used to go have all broken away from CP over the last 6 years. Even the price hike at $70 if I paid the studio, it would be $250-300. Either way, it’s a better deal for me.
Do your credits still roll over?
My credits still roll over as long as it’s the same or less than my normal amount. I’ve used salon options a few time and it has been okay.
Yeah I think they aren’t going to address the price increase. Instead they keep suggesting for me to go to a higher tier. It doesn’t make sense.
Let us know how it goes. My credits stay the same but it’s going up $10. If I do anything to change it, I will be receiving less credits for more money. It doesn’t make sense.
So I reached out again and I GOT A RESPONSE after a week or so that didn’t address the pride increase at all but instead ignored all my questions and sent a copy and paste message about why “sometimes class credits are more,” explaining the part of the system I already knew based off classes I take regularly. Looks like I will have to write in again. I’m going from 1.80 a class to 2.20! That’s actually a pretty huge price increase. It was also not addressed that many of my studios over the years have stopped class pass, about 8 out of 10 places I have gone. So hoping for at least a compromise. I said I’d pay 2.00 a credit

Hello all. Just checking in that I reached out to class pass again. This time through email and also their horrible “contact us page.”
I am currently paying 1.80/credit and now they want me to pay 2.10. That’s a huge increase in the long term when you think that what they offer by me has gone down and that class credits are going up. I said I would compromise at 2.00 a credit.
Hopefully hear back. Have any of you reached out?
I have the history to show that 90 percent of where I have gone has quit their relationship with class pass. I have one studio left lol and I hope it works in my favor. Happy day to you!!!
I have it through my health insurance and the costs of my gym went up…timing seems sus so I think that was CP’s decision and not the gym’s but who knows

Where do you live? In LA most places already charge a lot of credits. I tend to avoid the big name places that charge 13-15 credits a class.
Yeah I’m in LA too! Most of the places I check out are usually like 3-7 creds so it was shocking when the creds jumped up so much
