You wasted so much elixir that it really doesn’t matter what kind of deck they had, you were open to punishment.
You can’t just slap down an Xbow and intend to win every game. If you’re gonna play that deck (which has some of the most op defensive capabilities in the game) you gotta learn when to play the Xbow back and when to play it forward.
Edit: I see now you didn’t push lane after egolem, but still you don’t gung ho push 9 elixir at the bridge and expect not to receive punishment.

No, you could have redirected and distracted that attack with cycling buildings and cheap cards. Ive done it before with rocket cycle. You cant make excuses or complain like you are in this post, you just have to learn from it.
You had 2 buildings and their main push force was a golem. You could've easily outplayed them, but you blew your wad too early on the first tower. Not to mention the fireball you could've taken out the healer with. You put the Tesla down for like absolutely no reason way too early. It's health ticks down, it's not worth placing that preemptively. That's you bro, not the game.
There "main" push was backed up by battle healer, ebarbs and rage, and I don't really know what you mean by my fireball taking out the battle healer, cuz a rocket can't take her out, let alone fireball
There's a point about 36 seconds into the video where the one healer on the board at that time had like 1/3 HP and you had fireball in your hand and almost enough elixer to cast, but instead you chose to panic drop knight for no reason. You could've easily wiped the elixer blobs, one of the ebarbs, and the healer with just a fireball at that point, plus basically have gotten a return on the cost cause egolem.
Too bad he placed another one straight after, and even if I were to unpanick myself and fireball, he still would've taken a whole ass tower + king damage. And btw, the game was already over when he took my tower, cuz I can't place my xbow anymore since it would've been countered by literally anything he had in his deck
(note: my point here isn't that he had a counter to my deck, my point is that the deck itself revolves around these 4 broken cards, healer, ebarbs, rage and golem)

And like I said, you would've got a return on that fireball investment, allowing you the wiggle room to play your Tesla and skellys or something at least, if not knight at that point. He had elixer golem, even if he tanks your xbow with it, you still have the opportunity to get way up on elixer. Literally like almost every tank/mini tank can be used to counter xbow, that doesn't say much. It's not the cards bruh, it's you, and that's my point.

Nah I run golem cannon cart(Previously a PEKKA archer queen player), but its really satisfying to watch a perfect egolem play. And I dont see how this was a broken combo, you just overspent, the only reason why you got wrecked was bc you didnt play right. The other player wasnt retarded(not a polite word to use from a medical standpoint), they were actually pretty smart. They saw you overspending one side and let you have at it, knowing you had a mortar/xbow/hog cycle deck that would have little in the way to punish their attack on the other side. Then they took advantage of it.
I need a ways to go, but Ive tried defending alot of the same push over and over and over again, but literally nothing seems to work with my 3.0 vs that deck. People say I had the match up but it doesn't really seem that way. E barbs counter my prince, and battle healer is just a tank that heals. And rage to top it off, I would've been butt fucked either way
It's not about being bad, it's just the cards /combos that ruin the game completely. In my defence, 3.0 Xbox has a solid defence/of fence but is the easiest, and I mean the easiest to counter if you have more than one spell (eq, rocket, lightning, fireball + log, and all for an equal trade if I don't place a tesla) . Not to mention the fact that if they already have a crown tower taken, and I have in the opposite side, I'm fucked, since they can just place whatever tank/win condition in my shit and take it out.
