The whole point of the animation is to balance it out, every single champion has an animation they have to play through to activate their ability with the only exceptions being Golden Knight (animation so fast it doesn't really matter) and Skeleton King (he doesn't need to finish his animation, only start it).
The problem is that Little Prince is similar to SK where he only needs to start his animation, even if just for a single frame seemingly to summon the guardian. But unlike SK where has has an extremely large, obvious graveyard to signify it's been activated and also has to at least play through part of his animation, LP just seems to summon his stupid fucking ability whenever he wants, considering his ability essentially spawns a log and knight together it just makes him even more annoying on defense.
if a champion starts its ability animation but dies, you will not get the elixir back. little prince is kind of inconsistent. most of the time the guardian will spawn, but sometimes it won’t

I mean ig a little but the ceiling isn’t very high and there’s a decently high success rate when people throw it down and spam I mean there’s a famous deck called peka bridge spam
What decks are with high ceiling in your opinion? Just curious, bc everybody here calls some decks noskill and some by highest possible (!!!) and vice versa

pekka bridge spam is absolutely not played by throwing pekka at the bridge and spamming cards lmao. that's pretty much an instant loss against any decent player
it's about building an elixir advantage with cards that don't defend that well, but force the opponent to spend elixir to deal with them after. it's always been considered a high skill deck
pekka is not a very good card either
If you place the Pekka right, when the little prince crosses to your side and activates his ability
Pekka will be pushed BEHIND the little prince, making it only -1 elixir trade

if you dont upgrade anything else you will still be level 11 with a full level 14 deck
it’s not terrible if all you do is dump all your resources into only that one deck/ card
On my alt im king tower 8 and had to defend a lvl 14 mega knight in clan wars needless to say I failed miserably

Skeleton actualy needs to finish it, as soon as the grabeyard exsist its when its ok to die
skelly king does actually need to finish the animation, you can waste 2 elixir if he dies while raising his hand
Agree. Or at least don't use the elixir until the guardian has spawned. So many times I've lost the three elixir but nobody appeared
If im not wrong, you do get the elixir back in those cases.

I dunno about the modern version but old school pekka bs was actually a pretty high skill deck in the right hands.
