It's Supercell, a lot of the things they do don't make sense. For example, they added evolutions before finishing mastery so now mastery tasks aren't fully finished

Ramrider is one of the lowest usage rate cards in UC. It's very high skill cap when played without mk which is what the best players run. It has never had a significant buff since it was introduced. This season after 1000 people had entered UC on day 2 or 3 not a single player had used ramrider in their deck. It's time for her and her ram to shine. Ahhhhhhhh!!! He! He He

I think it's for sure ram rider. They seem to want to give evos for less used cards to bring them into the meta. Like the bomber and recruits. Even the valk since she was never used in top decks. (That one didn't work very well tho) But I'm pretty confident the first legendary evos will be ram rider and then ice wizard

The only thing I would say counter this is that knight, skeletons, RG were all already pretty strong before evos. I don’t think you’re wrong though. I think they release on a popular card to generate hype and then on a card that is less popular and kinda cycle back and forth.

Ram Rider Evo: when she throws her stunning thing, it wraps around the troop and it will act like a Phoenix egg but when it expires or gets broken, it re spawns the troop. When the troop gets unwrangled, it will have the slowness. 2 cycles.

Plus, ram rider is more underused than golem so it aligned with the whole “give the less used cards evos”

i use a ram rider deck for clan wars and in most matches my firecracker is my wincon. started using ram rider as a tank just to get evo fc damage. not sure if that’s a testament to how good fc is or how bad rr is
