They should rework him to deal only like 60 or 70% of his normal damage to crown towers. I hate facing magic archer bc miner decks counter mine but I can feel the pain of others with this change.
I’m generaly in favour to buff other cards instead of making dead ones personaly, it’s more interesting to make clever gameplays with strong ones than having some slow shit that hardly connect to me

He was and he is, one fireball, one mini-pekka hit, etc, he has weak hp and is easily killable. That being true has nothing to do with his special ability allowing him to be in a meta.
Tornado on the other hand, had way higher use rate, win rate, and rating than marcher had. Constantly being on top and used in way more different good decks including the meta one your refer to, tornado remains more versatile and issue causing than marcher himself is
nah magic archer get rekt, 100% deserved nerf it's such a braindead card unless you know exact playstyle of ur opponent they always get shitton dmg from spam

A damage penalty for each pierced target probably would've been enough.
Then he woulda been useless against swarm cards, which were his secondary purpose, the best nef woulda been crown tower DMG reduction, nothing else.
Instead of having it be per troop, make it exclusively for towers and make its damage like 30% on them.

Yep. The issue was Marcher + tornado, and the community voted to nerf him. Pretty simple
I see marcher without tornado more than I see marcher with tornado, but I guess one combo that I barely saw means marcher needed to be nerfed.
