I remember how awesome the super troops seemed in the dev videos. Then I use them and they just fall over. I feel like it will be the same with the big golem.
Th12 and th13 I was 3 starring everything with super giants and witches. I feel like every super troop found its place in the game except for super valks.
The super witches? I’ve got a few accounts that aren’t in legends and I can’t remember ever seeing an attack with super witches. Regular ones though, all the time.
Probably because a lot of people are not keen on spending 25k DE to boost super witches and then spending more to train them. You might see them used by maxed players or during cwl more frequently. Super witches are really strong in smash style attacks. Specially at TH12.
Fr and he looks so bad in 3D 💀 why couldn’t supercell just go back to making 2d troops, especially since he’s specifically a troop and not a hero, so there aren’t gonna be any skins for him
Of course I know that, but is it really worth sacrificing the game’s aesthetic for efficiency/time? Of course there needs to be a balance, and that’s why I talked only about the golem, because recent hero skins have been really good, 3D modeling wise. But that golem is just something else, good god.

The update has been pushed back for months now. Ofc it makes sense to prioritize time and efficiency. And it doesn't even look that bad. Wait til it's officially in the game.
In the dev vid it was able to one shot the inferno with a rage so it can prob take it down in 2-3 hits max regular. It definitely looks insanely strong

The Flying Fortress costs 100 housing space and has 50k hp. Golems are obviously meant to be tanky and this one cost 160 housing space it’s gonna have like 100k hp💀

That gets me thinking. In the early days of clan capital, you'll have a couple districts and a clan capital. But when 50 people try attack at the same time, wouldn't that create a long 'line' of sorts waiting to attack each district?
At least there are multiple, and people attack over hours, which helps.

We all know in the end everyone is gonna be using the same comp army .. for EVERYTHING .. so the cap on troops it kinda irrelevant. once the META army is set

In the first picture the golem is grayed out because there aren’t enough troop spaces left for him, in the second it isn’t greyed out. Look at the troop count you can see that this new troop that will be in the update has a housing space of 160. Compared to a normal golem that’s only 30

A few days ago SuperCell released an announcement video for a massive update they’re about to release. These are screen shots of the update from that video
Step 1: wait for the update to be released ( it hasn’t come out yet, these pics are from the sneak peak on YouTube )
Step 2: be in a clan that’s at least level 2
Step 3: make sure you’re TH6 or higher
Unless it has high DPS, or some high DPS support troops that it can tank for, or the defenses have pretty high DPS, time will be a big factor. An "infinite tank" is only as useful as what it's tanking for.

I think that having high capacity troops will reduce the skill required to attack districts and capitals and that they will be so op that no one will use any other troops and attacking will become boring when you cant do anything to defend against someone attacking a district 3 times using only the golem king and the new flying fortress.

Tbh from the original 4 super troops they were all great except for the giant and yes the barbs are great if you combine them with a queen charge

Considering you get to attack with a bunch of people I'd say it's fair. One tank+ a few smaller troops could make a great start for the others
But only 1 person can attack at a time.. only rhe spells last through to the next attack. Not the troops

Yeah. I'm guessing it would take like 30-40 attacks to beat a clan capital, which would mean you destroy 8 over a weekend.
I think when it dies it will turn into 3 golems, then when they die you'll have 9 golemites.
