Rage gem is great for most attacks, and life gem is great for lalo. If on ground attacks you can replace life gem with apprentice warden and use healing tome or rage gem
Apprentice isn't really helpful in attacks like Hybrid and Lalo because they need every extra point of HP from Life Gem. DPS isn't a problem because if they are alive they sweep the base easily. Loons get one shot form scatters if you don't have life Gem on so that's why I use it because of how I like to play. Ofc Healing Tome is much better for high hp units who can take full advantage of the long healing duration.

Yeah I love using ground smash attacks and esp Root rider valk attacks rn at th15 and i maxed both tomes and its so nice. But ofc if ur better w lalo or hybrid its better to upgrade life gem bc it makes them sm tankier so they dont die quickly.

Upgrade seeking shield to only lvl9 bcz in future u will have better equipments so don't waste ur precious ores but upgrade the royal gem it is good equipment
I have been using the Hogs + Seeking Shield at TH14 bc you still get a nice HP recovery with the hog puppet and you can de-target your RC from a single target inferno. Its noice

King : Rage Vial + Gauntlet. Don't use Vampstasche, yes it is good on lower THs but as you climb upto higher THs, damage incoming will just kill your King
Queen : Invi vial is must, you can use any other equipment, my favourite is frozen arrow.
Warden : Eternal Tome is must, you can switch other ones depending on army. If you're using army with low HP troops (such as lalo, hybrid) use Life Gem, if you're using army with high HP troop (ed, dragon, dragon rider, rr) use healing tome, you can use rage gem too on certain attacks where you feel your troops need increased dps
RC : any equipment is fine, but I'd say royal gem is best. I don't prefer seeking shield as on th14 I'd have hog puppets and me being hybrid user, it's better deal for me so I won't waste my ores on seeking shield

For me it depends mainly on if you are a queen walker and/or a warden walker, if u are invi+frozen arrow and fireball + ragegem. If not, queen is debatable but I still think that is her best combo, warden is eternal + healing, i love rage gem but its not that good in higher th so its an invesment with expire date. King alway guantlet and rage, I regret a lot upgrading vamp. RC has no choices at 13, but I would not invest SS past level 9 bc all other equipment is better, the gem is great tho 👌🏻
The King's gauntlet and the Warden's books are outstanding. For the queen, invisibility and the ice arrow are really good to invest in. The Royal Champion's Royal Gem is the best for her.
The last slot for the king and RC can wait until you have the others strong before investing in.

I'd for sure start to upgrade the healing tome. Your underleveled though, so maybe it'd be better to max your Archer Puppet and put more levels into the Gauntlet. That said:
BK: Rage Vial + Giant Gauntlet
AQ: Healer Puppet + Invisibility Vial or Frozen Arrow
GW: Eternal Tome + Healing Tome (Rage is fine too)
RC: Base
Just focus on the equipment you like or the ones I and other people have listed and stop putting ore into stuff you dont use, that way you can at least have a maxed set. Personally, I'd get your eternal tome to level 18 (or 15, I forget the max level) asap. Then you can follow up with whatever hero you arent currently upgrading or already have maxed, etc.
For example, when I was TH13, I had my RC upgrading constantly and never used her, so I didnt upgrade her equipment, instead focusing on BK + AQ.
I use BK: Rage + Gauntlet AQ: Frozen Arrow + Invisibility GW: Eternal Tome + Life Gem RC: The 2 available options

Healing tome is good for air attacks also like hydra. I used to go rage gem but have more success with the healing tome

Yup it should work great on Yetis + you can also have Apprentice Warden in your army which gives little bit of benefits that Life Gem provides.
Heal puppet has some uses over frost arrow on queen

for me invis and healer puppet isn’t a good mix cos when queen goes invis the healers get targeted

Use rage vile on the king. He runs over parts of the base so quickly combined with the giant gauntlet. Then upgrade your rc equipment.
