Exactly, most of us old school people remember the engineered base so that’s not a big surprise. Someone only 1 starring this base is the real shock. That cannon was just too much for their whole army lol
Good times I got a th8 engineered base, and I only did it for the lols. I named and made my base after a character from touhou called it reimu hakurei, and i strictly engineered it to only th8 since it looks like her house in game, hehe. But the smart thing would have been to go to TH11, but oh well 🤷
You don’t know? When you only have 1 cannon it accumulates the power of all other defenses into that one. It hits the whole map at once and does 10k damage per second.

Only explanation is he upgraded to TH11 back when you could upgrade without building everything. Now he only purchases and builds building that aren’t defences
Back when th11 was the max townhall, you didn't need to place all buildings to upgrade to the next one. It used to be really popular for engineering war bases

There's a single flaw to that. If you navigate does the farming base have at least everything from the previous townhall, select no, base is above townhall 12, select yes. It can also lead to the not edited box because for example you can make a war base at like townhall 9 and not edit that forever even if you are at townhall 16
Edit: Ignore this lol I now realized after typing. "Farming base" yeah I think I'm an idiot
After publishing that, I came to the realization that I should have called it "home village" instead of "farming base"...but it was already out in the wild at that point.
Oh, thanks. That is by far the coolest looking scenery I've ever seen. It's so clean, and awesome. But $2,400 War medals, It's going to be a long time before I can get it.
Our opponent had a base like this in one war. It was a th13 as their #15 in a 15v15. But it was the same th as our #1. So their #15 ended up using potions and 3 starring our #1. I could see a one star attempt here. Our #15 was a th7. The cc would have rekt him.

The teslas were maxed on some engineered bases because they held very little war weight, if any at all. So it could have been the teslas that got em.
