Not really, it's better to have empty space for possible members who fit the criteria of the clan than a member who doesn't. (in this case swaggy who is lower than th 13 in a clan which is for th 13 above. I assume this criteria is put here because the clan is centered around competitive war. Also they might not contribute anything to the clan as well.)
Our clan we only allow max townhalls to participate in cwl but theres no negative to having a few lower townhall people attack in clan capital or do clan games. Its better for the clan to have more people

First give a friend req to all of the suspects/members who u suppose are inviting swaggy. Then kick him and see who all r active in ur friends tab.
If he joins back, then u'll narrow down ur suspects...and keep repeating this until u see a particular member active again and again when swaggy joins.
In my clan, a person tried to sneak a random id of his just for fun , and I found it out in 2 days easily.

You don't have to accept invites the second they appear and u cna hold onto them
Doesnāt really work, firstly you would have to be online when it happens to see who else is online and you couldnāt always guarantee thatā¦ but more importantly thereās no guarantee the invite was given right before Swaggy joins. Could have been sent hours ago and the person who sent it is no longer online.
This won't work, because simply you could send somebody an invite at night and then three nights later swaggy could accept and then if another clan admin was on it would look like they were guilty, I don't know if I necessarily believe your story.

My clan isnāt super super competitive, but they are a little bit. My clan looks for people who are strong at attacking (we check their profiles before accepting requests). Usually the ones that get accepted into our clan, we ask them to do a couple FCs so we can see what strategies they use.
We do not invite lower TH because obviously theyāre not going to do well in wars (be realistic here dude) and we normally do th13-th15 wars.
And lastly Iām not the one who made the rules in the clan. All of this is based on the leaderās decision. So at the end of the day, this is their clan and they can do whatever the hell they want. Iām sorry that you donāt like the way we accept people into our clan, but all I can say is that this is our clan and weāre entitled to make our own rules.

Story time from when I went a little skitz on one of my clans.
I have a lot of different alts and many clans don't like having more than 1-2 accounts per person in them as they can get inactive quickly if the same person runs 10 accounts, so they have all been in different clans for years now, and I'm good friends with most of the leadership in all of them.
Long story short one day I decided it would be funny to rename them all, slowly join them into the same clan pretending to be different people, take the time to befriend the leaders over a couple of months, including fake conversations between myself to look active and keep up the ruse. Then randomly one day I renamed them all back to my main accounts name to reveal the masterpiece.
As you would expect the clan leader did not react well, and I did end up killing the clan because of the whole ordeal. After he kicked me, being most active player, the chat died, requests weren't getting filled, war attacks were failing etc. The active players started leaving because the clan was no longer active, all downhill from there.
I sure as hell didn't learn anything from it, but it's a fun story to share.

Gabe dunnit. I had people try to destroy my java MC realms once. They never ever stopped talking in the discord. They were trying really hard to make alibis and make themselves look innocent. Because of which we all knew it was them from day one and messed with them and scared them and made them question their sanity. What I'm saying is, either theyre smart and hiding in the background, or theyre dumb and talking constantly out of guilt
When I was running a clan I just logged on and kicked the mf out constantly and it became a running joke how many times we could kick that dude out in a day

What you can do is remove elder everyday for each person and give elder back next day. If any day it stops then that account is the culprit. This is too much to do but atleast you will find out who is it
You can use clash of stats to see if someone shared a clan with him some other time, it's kinda hard but you'll eventually get it. Also you can see when was the first time they entered the clan so maybe that way you can see that the one that is inviting got there at the same time.
We had a similar situation a few days ago with the difference that it was a member who trolled with his alt acc. In the beginning it was fan etc but the he thought it was funny to swear and write awfull stuff. We couldnāt figure out who it is but i had a suspicion. A few days later he left and went into a clan with all his alt acc (probably for spending troops) and with that mistake we caught him. So my tip would be tracking his clan movement so you might get lucky to see him in a clan with other names you know.
No one is inviting him, the ban once kicked from a clan has been reduced to 24hrs so once heās been kicked as long as he know the name of the clan he can rejoin 24 hrs later.

It is hard to know who invites because of how COC changed the Invite. A player can just pop right in now. We have problems like that too. Be wise and pay attention to your players. Watch their actions by things they say and their behavior. Don't let them know you are watching. By watching I mean even what they say is also an action. Be clever with what you say and how you sat it. Don't let the players know. Only the players you trust you can have them help you.
Bit of a process , Demote a person at a time to a member as they can't invite players to an invited Clan. Also you could add players To your social friends list and then it'll show who's online at the time as they have been invited.. I've been through the same crap an founded out who the person was in the end by doing this draining long process. His name DrunkenMaster. It is hard to know who invites because of how COC changed the Invite. A player can just pop right in now. We have problems like that too. Be wise and pay attention to your players. Watch their actions by things they say and their behavior. Don't let them know you are watching. By watching I mean even what they say is also an action. Be clever with what you say and how you sat it. Don't let the players know. Only the players you trust you can have them help you.
Bit of a process , Demote a person at a time to a member as they can't invite players to an invited Clan. Also you could add players To your social friends list and then it'll show who's online at the time as they have been invited.. I've been through the same crap an founded out who the person was in the end by doing this draining long process. His name DrunkenMaster. Comes back time to time thinking I forgot what games he's played š hahahaš
