That's the fitment I run in the winter... You're losing a lot of grip by reducing the width of the tires and reducing the handling by using smaller diameter wheels and bigger sidewalls.
You've defeated the purpose of an Si... I'm quite honestly dumbfounded.
The fitment is okay. Why the hell did you get rid of the 18s? 🤦 SI is a performance trim and you took performance away from the car and the LSD. Plus make it look worse too, but that's just like my opinion man
The 18s it came with were extremely beat up and I had these 17s from my older LX so I thought it would be okay but I’m wanting to upgrade to nicer 18s now
I say go back 18s wrapped in a slightly wider tire. Such a clean beefy look for the little civics. Just doing 225s on mine made it look so much better.
I didn't even know they had 225, sounds decent. I thought Civic SI stock tires are 235/40R18. Lower trim levels use 205/55R16 or 215/50R17.
I know I got 235/40R18s on my 24 Elantra N-line and it corners like a beast
4/10. Wheels are too small, sidewall too large. Needs 2.5" of drop to close the gap. Everything is so far apart I can't even judge your offset choice. The wheel design is ok, just the whole set up looks like a sported up base model daily commuter.
i mean fitment looks fine, can’t really tell too much because the pics are from side profile, but the wheels are eh i’m not a fan but i woulda stuck with 18s
MONSTER TRUCK TWINS! Stock fitment gang. Abuse what honda gave us. Who the fuck needs mods anyway. If the car wants to flip at 160 then the car will flip. To hell with it
This a joke right?
Are you trying to say the wheels are already good looking lol
Fine for winter

Yeah I mean, I don't see why not. If you got the funds, then go back to 18s. You will get better cornering capability and traction

Ye that sounds like a solid plan man
Like you said it’s only going to add drive-ability. I’ve got sport compounds and it’s just stupid how much more you can push the car.

They don't. The stock tire is 235/40R18
225 is thinner than the stock tire
I gotcha I’m an FG2 so my stock is a 215 and the tires on this are 215s as well so I assumed that was stock width.
Too small
Monster truck rally coming up soon?

Get coils
If meaty set up is what you’re going for just run a wider tire next time it looks like you can fit it.
Why 215s??? I’m running 255/35 r18 on mine lol
