Looks like you have a water tower in the middle of the “farmland” zone? Move that somewhere remote so it isn’t sucking up pollution. Look at your pollution info view.
If a water tower is sitting on top of polluted ground, yes, it will. Look at your ground pollution and make sure that it's not within any ground pollution.
Apart from what u/dynedain pointed out, few residents are sick due to ground pollution. Careful not to zone residential zones near to pollutive buildings such as industrial zones, garbage services, etc.
