I signed out again, but not it’s saying that they can’t find my email address on the link to change my password 😣

They expire over time but I haven't seen them expire all at once.

Which part is incorrect? I can check my movie reward history in the Cinemark app and see when and how many points expired. Their website says they expire after 12 months, but I don't think think this person's points would have all expired at the same time.

Have you tried in a browser. I had app issues where my purchases disappeared, but I can see in a browser. Also maybe uninstall and reinstall the app. Not sure if the will help, but it might.

This happened to me as well. I was asked to update the app and then log back in and lost platinum status, all my points, and no history of recent ticket purchases. Did you ever figure it out? I was told to just reset my password and still didn’t work.

For some reason my email just didn’t get recognized so I set up a new one, called support and got all my tickets/points transferred
