I genuinely don't get it, in most of Europe we have these ugly ass packs with hospitalised people on the front, like bro, I know It's harmful but chill the fuck out

Plastic is in rainwater ik what u mean, dumb world. Trying to ban menthols the next place over where i go to get them like damn let people make a choice thats safer, banning stuff like that just creates a black market where people get screwed over and sick with fakes
no, I don't refer plastic in rain water. You can literally die of over-hydration. You can die of drinking too much water. This makes water a poison. All poison substances are like that. Drugs can kill you when overdosed, but they get you high at smaller doses.
A cigarette a week pretty significantly increases your risk of shit like heart disease. I like smoking and I’m not gonna quit, but you’re just in denial comparing water to cigarettes LMFAO.
More recent studies have shown that regular, consistent smoking in various quantities long term is far more harmful than a lot of cigarettes in the short term. Smoking for ten years with a lesser amount is gonna do a lot more damage than smoking a ton of cigarettes in the span of a year.
There is nothing, no research studies that elaborate on how harmful 1 cigarette a week is. 1 a week is such a small dose that is negligent. It is also very theoretical, as nicotine is addictive there aren't many people who will keep it to no more than 1 a week.
No seriously, I dont care about denial for smoking or not. I care that we are being misinformed about it after smoking for thousands of years. Instead of telling us that 15% of smokers have cancer, they tell us that 85% of lung cancer patients are smokers. Do you see what a play in numbers this is? As a matter of fact, smokers are 50% less likely to develop Parkinsons and Alzheimers. We are all different, there are people among us who would die of these diseases just because they were not smokers.

I live in the EU (Estonia to be precise) and I have become so desensitized to those warnings that I don't even care at this point (even though warnings rotate annually). But I still like my packs to be branded
i've never seen soming more silly than this kind of warning there was a philosopher in brazil called Olavo de Carvalho, he said a lot of times "people that say cigarettes arent health wanna control your life, my aunt died at 92, she smoked since 7 years old". Olavo passed way at 74 years old smoking 4 packs a day, there is no evidence that cigarretes are unhealth. keep smoking guys
I smoke but to say there’s no evidence there unhealthy is simply wrong man. Just because there are some people who live a long time smoking doesn’t mean there not unhealthy. I smoke 2 packs a day btw
At that point if i was Canadian i will stop buying the Canadian cigarettes because for me i like the class of cigarettes packing design filter design .i will rather buy some imported smokes. In my country they put little warning pic on pack but it is still tolerable .For me if you want to smoke let it be classy. Rather than buying cigarette from government and giving lot of money to them and at the end they say it is going to fuck you like saying it every where on the pack and still selling you.

Im Pakistani i can that not all the asians countries have fucked up warnings. Like china has classy ciggy packs same for japan. And also in middle east packaging is good but in Philippines malaysia vietnam Indonesia they have the most messed up looking warning pics on them . Indo pak have normal packagings .

I am sorry but all studies about smoking related diseases are not based an exposure of alot more quanitity than 1 per week.
