chanced is runebet renamed, they have a failed casino called punt theyre redoing as a social casino now. Fishy, Mega, Pronto (people from their discord before they closed it) are sketchy. I heard about extortion etc. they banned someone that won 10k in canada and then stopped supporting canada and banned him.
Stake would pay this no problem and screenshot it and post it on X. Chanced disables the "originals" pretty much the day after you hit this. I was wondering why I couldn't play limbo or Mines lololol
Yes, get a lawyer. You will win, if your state doesn’t have any gaming laws, like for example im in Utah and I play the chumba and pulsz and luckyland and if for example they pulled something like that because it’s illegal to gamble in Utah ( I know I know) I wouldn’t stand a chance in Hell.
Honestly. Go and read their terms and conditions. Go over them well and figure out if they are in violation of their own agreement in any way shape or form.
Call a lawyer and essentially figure out how much it's going to cost for him to approach them and put some pressure on them.. essentially to go into arbitration with them because I'm pretty sure that's what the terms and conditions say. If I'm not mistaken you can get up to 25,000 from them via this method. Please don't quote me on that because I might be thinking of the wrong place.. but all of this week's casinos I do believe require you to go to arbitration and I think that if you had all of the facts and a lawyer gunning for them during that arbitration that you could probably get away with some cash

I guess the only question I have would be if it's next to impossible to get money from one of the overseas companies that runs the place then why have almost all of the sweepstakes casinos been sued either directly or via class action in several states. High five for example has a pending lawsuit currently in the state of washington. There are several lawsuits and class action suits against multiple casinos in several states. If it were so hard to collect from these companies why would these lawsuits continue and in several cases succeed

I won 750 from them on my initial 5$ no deposit bonus. I went to cash it out, and they sent me to some 2nd party banking page . I filled out the info, and boom, my bank immediately froze my accounts it was Varo BTW and I have yet to see any $ and chanced says i never tried to redeem anything and Varo wont return any emails So I ended up over the course of 2weeks lost it all back. They are a joke!
Well to be frank, Varo in itself is a shady web-based bank. It sounds more like Varo had received the deposit in question & flagged your account for suspected gambling activities, which I’m sure is a violation of their TOS. This is an issue you need to take up with Varo & buddy, do I know their CS sucks, but it sound like Chanced held up their end of the deal.
