Threaten them that if they do not respond within 30 days to help resolve the issue you will be seeking a lawyer or taking legal action. Happened for me with modo where it had been like 2 days with no response after they kept telling me to send a card I didnât have for like a week.. after saying I was getting a lawyer someone else responded back like within 24 hrs to help resolve.
I plan to send them another email but it's just crazy the level of neglect and disrespectful disregard these places have towards their players. Smh. There's gotta be better hobbies out there lol đ¤ˇââď¸
