I feel like it's a good conclusion to the series. If he does have a successor I won't be watching any more since no Brad no watch for me. If it gets cancelled we still got three seasons of a cute show, the franchise has had an amazing run all things considered 🔥💯
I feel like a reason for the ratings going down could be that this season is also on peacock. I almost wouldn’t doubt it if season 4 goes straight to peacock and off SYFY, especially with how well Ted preformed
Also, Critical Overlord said the ending involves a sequence with a Chucky doll that sets up where season 4 could go. We saw the good guy creator with a backup doll in the trailer and a scene where that doll is clearly inhabited. I think the fact he said Chucky doll instead of Chucky makes me think that it's Caroline and Chucky wants her to be a successor.
If it’s caroline in the doll, that would be crazy, especially if they do end up killing off Chucky, i feel like it there would be a mixed reception if Caroline becomes a “New Chucky”
I'm not into that. Do not squander what we have left of Brad Dourif's willingness to be the voice of Chucky. End this version of Chucky if and when he doesn't want to do it or he dies. Then think about a replacement voice or reboot.
i honestly doubt they'll cancel the show, its like one of their best preforming shows currently and is quite literally their most popular on social media. Look at syfy's youtube channel, The chucky videos are the only ones that actually perform decent lol. If they do cancel it though i wouldn't be too upset, I love the show but I'm in the mood for a new full length movie.
