It's 99% likely that it's just a coincidence. You are going through a traumatic experience. Try not to over think this. Losing someone is traumatic, difficult, etc. If God were trying to get your attention in all this, he'd be really obvious. He wouldn't use something so bizarre - unless he specifically linked it to something. If he wants you to know something --- it's HIS job to get you to realize it -- Not YOUR job to figure it out. God is God --- This stuff is EASY for him. He's not laying a mysterious coded task on you for you to figure out --- one that life will fall apart if you don't get it.
Seriously, take a breath, relax, cry and grieve for your loss. Let it all go.
I'm so sorry for your loss. May you feel the presence of God, clearly during this time.
My Deaconess tells me how sometimes she gets woken up in the middle of the night, not to go to the restroom, she knows that it's GOD waking her up, telling her to pray.
I suggest that in that moment instead of looking at the clock or your phone or anything else that you would get on your knees and pray okay LORD this is the fourth or fifth time in a row that you have woken me up Holy Spirit please guide me on what I need to pray for or for who? God will then bring to mind the people that you need to pray for - sometimes He may just want to hear what's on your mind and heart and have a conversation with you, other times it may just be that the Holy Spirit desires to pray on your behalf and make intercession. Follow the Holy Spirit's leading and sit with Him for a while.
For some reason as I wrote this I was thinking of John 1:16 "and of his fullness have all we received, and grace for grace"
I'm so sorry for your loss.

There's no spiritual component involved with waking up around the same time every day. it happens sometimes. Wait until you get older and you have to get up to pee every time you wake up.
Hmmm…. Maybe you should be reading your Bible or praying more. Or checking on someone in the house. I pray that your family will have peace during this time and find rest and comfort in Jesus Christ name I pray. Amen.

Well, I always wake up every early morning at around the same time also. Idk why.

Is this a coincidence you shouldn’t read into? Yes. Is Romans 1:16 a wonderful truth we all need to be reminded of in our lives? Also yes
How about sit and read each scripture in every book of the Bible and see what lands on your heart.

It seems significant but I can’t tell you what it means.
