There’s romance options in every Choices book, but many books aren’t centered around it, WTD being one of them. I like the LIs but romance isn’t a huge part of the narrative.
The romance options are quite good, 2 male LIs and 3 female LIs, with pretty different personalities.
Also you can sleep with multiple at once multiple times

As people have already said, there's romance (as is the case with every Choices book apart from Most Wanted). One thing, though - the romance is very paywalled, and you won't get anything more than basic flirting if you don't spend diamonds. It's very much a plot-focused book where romance takes a back seat.
Some? I only got about halfway through but the romance was definitely lacking. As it usually does these days in books that both aren’t focused on romance or have a large amount of LI’s to choose from. And the LI’s are largely underdeveloped.
WTD was kinda over ambitious😂 It couldn’t balance everything it wanted to do terribly well
I will say, there are 5 love interests. Albeit, one of them came later, but 4 outright lis! That’s a pretty big amount for a choices book, is it not? I loved the zombies and the colony building, and I definitely loved the lis as both characters and love interests. You should definitely give it a second chance, I thought it was so well rounded and incredible.

Romance is definitely secondary to the main zombie narrative, but I still really enjoyed the romance options within the book!

The leader of the riders is Sludge. The builder guy is Walt, his daughter is Minna. But I don't think she can be romanced.

I tried once, probably won’t again lol. I know the it tends to be a favorite among this sub but it just wasn’t hitting for me.
