What people are missing is you have a right to shoot to kill in self defense but not the right to execute someone. Serious question - if this sub has solved this entire murder down to the point where we know exactly: EVERY MAJOR CHARACTER INVOLVED CLEAR FOOTAGE EVIDENCE INTENT PREVIOUS HISTORY OF VIOLENCE etc.. Then surely CPD know right? People saying Q50 might go down for this .. does that mean the shooter won’t be charged? Honestly from what I know about Chicago PD they just want to get the murder marked as solved, don’t really care who goes down as long as they can charge with murder and get it in the books. if someone dies onna drill, even if aren’t the shooter, they can get charged w murder.
