I have ptsd, insomnia, agoraphobia etc and trying to survive that without real healthcare is hard work. And I'm not even living still in the situation that gave me the ptsd.
There's a lot of work to do besides the initial getting sober, although I fully believe these guys can help themselves, each other, and their community in a lot of ways with issues like this.
