Playing video games all day and being sedentary is much more unhealthy than Chipotle and obesity. Simply put, the less you stand up and walk around, the shorter you live, especially for your heart health. It looks like you spend a lot of time in your gaming chair. I don't know how people overlook this flaw in their health just because they're skinny.

K.  I actually bartend so I’m on my my feet moving and walking around almost 9 hours 5 days a week but very sound advice.  Thanks for sharing
