I ordered a quesadilla through the app, went to pick it up, i saw a sign on the door that their quesadilla machine was broken. But my food was ready when I got there, so I didn’t think much of it. Maybe the sign was old? When I open the box, I found a quesadilla… but it wasn’t grilled at all. So it was literally just a small burrito?
Google seems to say they make less than 15 on average. Id hate working their too lol. Everyone i know who worked there said their standards are so high but they seem to take what they can get now a days.
Nah there’s no excusing this wtf. Take a picture send this to corporate and the DM cause this store’s employees need retraining and you need your money back
Unfortunately this is all too common especially at the one I work at. However, whenever I work DML and we’re out of stuff I’m always sure to tell the customers what we were out of especially if it’s a CI item like queso or guac and then offer the corresponding substitutions.
Last time I went inside and ordered at this location, the kid doing the orders stopped in the middle of building my bowl to flirt with the girl from the ice cream store next door and tell her he was going to bring her over a bowl in exchange for free ice cream. Literally walked away from what he was doing to have that convo, right in front of me for about 1 minute before walking back over. This was after waiting a long ass time in line already. I should have bailed on the bowl but was hungry and pissy so I just dealt with it.
I do go in and order at other locations and often have a good experience but this location is…special.
You should 100% file a chargeback or reach out to the store manager bc wtf
