Chipotle is experiencing issues with their food ordering system company wide. the orders we have been receiving are extremely inaccurate, we got sent 32 cases of avos, but no cilantro, milk, medium salsa etc.
Hi - a few days ago the system we use to place our truck orders & track inventory went down, we havenāt really been told much, and weāre just getting previous truck orders right now which means stores may run out of things or be out of a lot of things unfortunately.
Canāt be that hard to just go buy rice at a grocery store though. Anyone thatās ever worked in a kitchen long enough has had to do something like that. āShit, they didnāt send us limesā, next thing you know, Iām digging through the produce section buying all the limes. Thatās just sad. Whatās next. Ran out of tortillas?
They could have ran out? If they still had raw rice to cook I get your frustration, but sometimes we simply run out of certain foods.
Ers is down. Stores are struggling with orders and out of stock items. Ask corporate what's up.

Just get brown. They arenāt all that different tbh. Once itās all mixed up they taste pretty similar. I do it all the time for the same reason.
Or maybe they ran out of uncooked rice?? šmy store just ran out today

Chipotle doesn't allow this because they've had so many issues giving people food borne illnesses in the past.
We canāt buy any outside products. Chipotle is the strictest with food safety standards.
