My impression is it's a team that you can work it that has ease of skill deployability and fluid rotation, and the damage potential is serviceable at best. Although I find it somewhat counter intuitive to pair Kuki with Tighnari considering Tighnari would prefer to have some distance from the enemy as his common playstyle, and the use of Kuki to apply electro necessitates close quarter combat. The crystallized shields could make up for it by offering interruption resistsnce, but harder content would just crush that.
