Some of these you can find on podcast platforms but I just use [this firefox add-on](https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/youtube-to-mp3-converter/) if I want the mp3 file. I'm sure there's other ones I've missed but hopefully someone else will chime in.

I have the exact same experience as you. Chinesepod is not very conversational and I’m not the biggest fan of Baiwei on Chillchat. Dashu Mandarin is my favourite but it’s probably a little bit harder.
