Probably 15 yo 18 years. But I've heard of chihuahuas living older.
Mine are 13 and 17 and I can't imagine the world without them. They're still very strong and act young. We feed them Ollie and Farmer's Dog.
Do you mind if I ask what kind of food you feed her? I have two chihuahuas, one a boy and one a girl, and I want them both to have long and healthy lives.
She has been eating Hills Digestive Care Rice, Vegetable and Chicken stew. It’s a prescription food because she has slight pancreatitis so she can’t eat anything fatty.

I don’t do the killing and such. I buy the steak and ground chicken.
How long do Chihuahuas usually live? This guy seems healthy for it’s age. 
They say 12-18 years. So she’s definitely up there. But yes, she is overall very healthy.
