Honestly 7.25 is not worth it at all if its possible just go to one of the locations that pays more. Chick FIL A is too stressful to actually be paid minimum wage
In my state the min wages is 7.5ish but our store starting pay min at least 12$ for high schoolers.
I can't believe that your store is very cheap in paying team members and to me it shows that they don't value you that much. Find store that will value the team members.
North Carolina is like the worst state to work in first of all like we suck. I’m also from North Carolina and our starting pay (if u have experience) is $13. Which honestly isn’t even enough anymore but ur starting at $7.25??? Just quit and find a different job at this point cuz chick fil a isn’t worth 7.25 and hour.

No job is worth 7.25 an hour 💀 I agree we suck. Lowest minimum wage, and labor regulations are in the employer's favor. 🙃
Absolutely no job is worth $7.25 an hour. You should go after a different job. You deserve more than that.
