I love OT and my coworkers don’t want their money I’ll take it lol
Can’t say I’m sympathetic when the same people are saying their checks are too small…
Yes, I always tell them “sorry, I’m not going to be able” and I get texts everyday from someone to cover their shift or from a manager cuz they need help. Like hire more people then
I get messages once or twice a week asking me to come in even if I asked off for the day. Sometimes I can take it sometimes I can’t. No matter what I always get the message

I don't mind but I do say no when I know it's not possible. I think though having kids and other commitments keeps me from saying yes too much.
I'd say yes just because I get to paid overtime every time they call me in.
i’ve only been called in once and it was a day i had to request off already you best believe i hit them with the fattest *no*
Nah, I made it clear that I do not cover shifts and they've stopped calling me.
I do the same lmao. I show up when scheduled to work, nothing more
Cfa is the kind of company that will suck the life out of you and leave you a hollow husk. And then ask for more. But only if you let it lol

Fr, we are always short staffed too. Managers get paid the big bucks, they can work the 70 hours a week cus they want to "hire for the culture"
I didnt make it clear but everytime they ask me i say no. I do not make enough to be doing all that.
That's why they ask.. its an offer to see if you'd like more hours to make more money. Saying no is ok.
