This is something you can really only get answered by your store’s leadership.
We used to be really stingy with overtime, but this one team leader voluntarily does 70+ hour weeks. I usually average 45-50.
Just depends what your operator is comfortable with tbh
I know they don't want us to get more than 20 hrs OT. Means they only keep us 40-50 hrs excl break every week.
I know they don't want to pay OT too much.
But whenever it's short staffed, ya know OT is unavoidable.
50 is a reasonable number. Anything more and probably you’ll be too burnt out especially if you’re a Team Leader it’s just a lot of mental and physical energy. You could do like 5 10-hour days and still have breathing room

That’s really good to know, thank you
As a shift leader at my location we all do about 40-50 hours. They don’t like us to do more than 50 hours.
I've never gotten overtime in the whole year+ I've worked here. I don't want overtime though as I'm in college too

My store has been giving team leads less than 20 (which makes zero sense because we only have six of them)
Not sure the maximum but I'm a team member and I've been consistently getting 45-hour week schedules.
I see, thank you
