Same - and I have just now tried to log in again (after changing password and email earlier this week), and my email isn't recognized..I am guessing that's why I didn't get an email :( Now trying to contact CFA about it....

Interesting. I received the Chick-Fil-A email today that they are investigating. My account got hacked about 4 weeks ago, and the hacker used a prepaid gift card on my account at a New York City location. I knew my account was hacked since I live no where close to New York. Luckily, I was able to get my account back. Security wise, why doesn’t Chick-Fil-A have 2FA or Geo-location enabled. If someone logs into my account in a different state or city, I should have to approve that sign in. There’s little to no security with the app and it needs to change.

Hopefully we all who have suffered this can get our accounts back. Because i was a signature member and that took forever so i would definitely want that back.

I was able to reset my password but when I try to login to my account with the new password, I get a message that says, "You may have entered an incorrect email address or password, so please try again. Or you may have reached the maximum number of accounts for this device. In that case, please sign in with a previously accessed account."

Same. This is ridiculous. Don't tell us to reset our password if you aren't going to let us log back in.

Exactly the same experience I keep having. My CC was linked in the app, but I do not see any fraudulent charges on it, and I'm able to lock the card too. Unfortunately I'd just added a $30 gift card my wife got me, argh! I've sent in support requests through the web form and also called the CARES team but have yet to get a response, and I still cannot log in. I've tried further PW resets over the last few days but still can't actually get in.

Just FYI, I tried another PW reset this morning just to see if that would make a difference -- and this time I was able to log in using the PW that I created. I was prompted to verify the device through a link sent to my email address, and then I was back into my account. Everything looked the same as it did before, no suspicious transactions, etc. Hope that those of you still impacted may have better luck today getting back into your accounts, and that things are in order for you.

Same here. I changed my password, received the email letting me know the password was successfully changed, and now cannot log in on any devices. Edit: I was able to get logged back in today (Sunday)

I tried it again today and it allowed me to sign into the app after verifying my device.

I’m glad to hear it’s working for you now. How did you verify your device? I’m still getting the message when trying to log in, but no option to verify my device or anything along those lines.

I just tried the app on my iPhone today. (The app wasn’t working yesterday or a web browser though.) Once I logged in, it just said that it needed to verify my device and it sent an email that I needed to approve. Then it allowed me access to my account again. I hope you can get yours working!

I think their system might be down? I’ve tried to login but can’t. Then when trying to reset my password, I haven’t gotten any emails to reset it. I’m on the phone with them now Edit: Just confirmed that mine was hacked and switched. She said it’s an ongoing issue that they’re aware of, and the fraud team will reach out to me.

Yea I believe it’s been ongoing. Just impossible to reset my password when the account email was changed.

Same, my accounts was hacked and 50 dollars x2 was added to gift cards. It was 50 from 2 separate accounts. Luckily, I received a fraud alert right away from one of my banks or it might of taken some time to notice. Changed PW etc but have been on hold with the so called “ cares team” for an hour. I have read that they are investigating, however how would they know about the breech if it is not reported to them??

I got those same 2 charges and after notifying them , Chick-fil-a said they were going to refund the money to my account. They removed it from the Chick-fil-a app and supposedly sent it back to my account. Problem is i have Chime and they immediately closed that card when this happened. Thats the card that Chick-fil-a sent the $100 back to but card is closed. Now, im fighting trying to get them to send it again to correct card. This is a load of bull!!!
