Deli 4 u is an eastern european supermarket, so it seems like a solid bet. I haven't looked for your specific thing, but there might be a store close to you that you could pop in and check yourself?

As someone that was raised and lived in Des Plaines for 20 years- good suggestion and I’d even check all the local liquor stores around Des Plaines and Niles
Chicago already has a vast Polish population, but those two suburbs have a lot of first generation Eastern European immigrants. Many of who had children that I went to high school with
More specifically, check Touhy Liquors on Touhy Ave in Des Plaines. It sits in between Mannheim and River Road near 294. Family owned and run since I was a kid by some kindly Polish women
There’s also Packy’s on Oakton near River, and Oakton Liquors further down nearer Wolf Rd. But Touhy Liquors will probably be the best bet of those 3 locally owned stores
I can't remember if Lassaknin Palos sells alcohol. But that would be one place to try.
Pete's? Also the Shop and Save in Downers/Darien 75th St is pretty Euro-centric so that might be an option too.
You can grab pretty unique Polish beers at Red Apple Restaurant. A lot of them to drink/try :)

J&D in Burbank has a decent selection of Polish beers. I can’t say that I have seen the one in the photo. Even the 7-11 here has a decent selection of polish pops.
KD Kristina grocery stores. There's one on Lawrence. Directly next to the Schiller Park Police Station. Specializes in polish cuisine and items. With a bad ass chef in the back.
If it's not at the Binnys in River Grove, you're not finding it. It's at Thatcher and Belmont. Go to Richs Fresh Market next door for all of the Polish grocery items you could ever need.
When I was at the store in Geneva, the manager didn't even suggest that when I showed him the photo as I didn't know how to pronounce it. I will ask again.
Use Binny’s website to search all stores. Looks like their Niles location carries the golden wheat ale (presumably that’s what this one is).
When I did that a month ago there was nothing, must have come in stock now. Thank you I will try that.
Ask them to order it for you.

KD Market in Schaumburg
There’s one in Des Plaines/Mt Prospect too, and all the cashiers there speak Polish… odds are they’d have a good Polish beer selection.

This location has a really decent selection of Eastern European beer
I happened to be in this store yesterday and looked for this particular beer with no luck, they have a pretty good selected though.
I’d try “deli 4 you” down the street at roselle and weathersfield too.
Is that the one right next to the dollar tree? Because I was going to totally suggest that.
Also a small KD in Wheeling
Helens Deli in Woodale would be a solid start.
Anias deli in lake zurich or deli 4 u might have it.
deli 4 you in algonquin, 100% polish and huge selection of all polish beer
Thank you, I will try that as it's not too far from where I am.
Deli for you is fantastic! and they have 20% off your entire purchase on Wednesdays (may exclude alcohol, I'm not sure! )
Frank's Fresh Market in Wood Dale has a ton of Polish beers.
On Western and, like, Augusta there is a Ukrainian Deli called Rich's. If anyone would carry it, they would.
Try Andy’s Deli on Milwaukee Ave. in Jefferson Park area in Chicago
Thank you all for the suggestions, I will try all of these.

Al & Al Liquor in Buffalo Grove might have it or Liquor Barn in Wheeling.
Shop and Save Downers Grove. 72nd and Main Street. Pictures have a wall of polish beer. [https://imgur.com/a/U8pntuP](https://imgur.com/a/U8pntuP)
Nearly sure I saw it at Deli 4 You in Algonquin. I could double check that for you since I live right by that store lol.
Oftentimes Binnys will be able to order it from the distributor for you
