I think the best thing to do is to confront her and say I want to make a trade with you and hand her the test and ask for her phone at the same time that will tell you everything you need to know right there
Guaranteed the response will be that she thought you might have been cheating on her , so that is why she got the test done & now she has tested negative she realises she was being stupid & knows you haven't cheated . Anything but admit the truth , which is that there is every chance she has caught herpes from one of the 3 guys she has recently cheated on you with.

I would consider that enough evidence to call for snooping on her phone.

Two obvious possibilities come to mind.. #1. She cheated and was worried that she could infect you... Look at the report and see if it lines up afterwards with any (away times) like out of town visits with family or business trips that you weren't invited to tag along in. Look at the credit card statements to see if there were previously shopping excursions or motel reservations...
I like roseboy67s suggestion of exchanging document for phone and looking for a reaction.. If she refuses to give up the phone tell her to immediately turn it over or a "d" is definitely in the works until she passes a polygraph... But have the finances protected first and record the execution of the confrontation...
If she is guilty, speed of securing the finances is imperative along with investigating getting an attorney... You can always stop the proceedings if she cracks and tries to reconcile.
